i was charmed by the superb location, it was a short walk to the beach. i found the staff very kind, and they resolved the issues promptly. restaurants being on-site were a definite bonus, and made dining very easy after a long day.

the air conditioning in the room was terribly weak , and it was something i felt could be improved. it wasn't quite refreshing enough in the malaysian heat and humidity.

the hotel features three large pools, one is specially designed for kids with fun attractions. beach access includes many sun loungers with umbrellas for all hotel guests. there is also a gym with modern equipment, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.

this hotel sits at the end of cenang beach and is a short walk to shops and bars. concrete footpaths link the hotel to the main street, a walk of just 10 to 15 minutes. the hotel also directly faces the beach.

My room was spacious and clean. It was a Garden Terrace King. Breakfast included a great choice of food. The quality was good.

There was a problem with the water. The water had a yellowish tint. This lasted a while and was not resolved immediately. The staff did not seem proactive. There was not much attention given to the issue.
